eGovernment: Processing of Information About Economic Subjects

This bachelor's thesis deals with eGovernment of the Czech Republic, as in terms of information technology, as well as legislative. The thesis describes selected registers of eGovernment of the Czech Republic, especially ARES information system, which is used in proposition of practical part of the thesis. The outcome of the thesis is the aplication that retriever data from multiple registers. Data are combined are visually interpreted to user. The aplication is created with assistance of QT Libraries of language C++.

The transformation of commercial activities in the suburban municipality Dolní Břežany

The commercial suburbanization had a major impact on the transformation of commercial activities in the hinterland of metropolitan areas in the post-socialist period. This bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of commercial activities at the local level and the influence of commercial suburbanization on this transformation, using the example of the suburban municipality Dolní Břežany. The development of commercial activities in Dolní Břežany is specific in comparsion with most other municipalities in the suburban area of the capital city. The thesis aims to describe and explain the growth of commercial development and economic subjects in the municipality Dolní Břežany after 1989. The theoretical part defines suburbanization and its forms, then focuses on their development abroad and in the Czechia with a focus on the development of suburbanization in Prague City Region. It also deals with the effects of suburbanization, financing of municipalities and influencing the localization of commercial activities by the municipality. The empirical part describes and explains the change in the number, structure and location of economic subjects (artificial persons) and the growth and location of commercial development in the municipality. Impact of Economic Crisis on Regional Development of the Czech Republic

This bachelor's thesis deals with the impacts of global economic crisis on regions in Czech Republic during the years 2008-2009. This work explores dispartities caused by economic crisis on the level of regions NUTS III, selected regions NUTS IV and size categories of municipalities and tries to find the causations of this dispartities. Analytic base of this work is formed by database contains moreover than 6 000 municipalities with indicators of unemeployment, incomes from tax from incomes of physical subjects and created and demise economical subjekt. Each municipality is characterized by basic statistical quantities of indicatiors like a median, avarage, standard deviation, variation coefficient, coefficient of correlation and other. It seems that the biggest impacts of economic crisis were in the regions which before the crisis emobodied good economic growth. On the contrary the least impacts are shown in the structuraly affected and metropolitan regions. This bachelor thesis deals with a specific feature of the transformation process in the Czech Republic - privatization, focusing on the analysis of individual indicators based on various criteria. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the specific feature of the transformation in the Czech Republic on the basis of data obtained from the official website of the Czech Statistical Office. The thesis tries to point out this important sector of the economy - the entrepreneurial sector. The final part contains information on the financial aid to entrepreneurship as well as expected future growth that can be expected in the business sector.

This diploma thesis deals with corporate management of selected economic subject and its analysis, on the base of it recommendation are formulated, which can be used for management and growth of company. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the current state of the solved problems in the literature, the practical part deals with investigated company and results of the thesis. In terms of analysis of external environment are realised PEST and EFE analysis, which revealed an above-average dependence on the external environment. In the internal environment, the analysis focuses on the object of business, organizational structure, selected area of human resources management, also on profits and financial analysis. Part of the diploma thesis is SWOT analysis and structural analysis of branch by Porter's model of five power also. These analysis support ether a slightly proactive approach to business.
